Unaccompanied Minor
Unaccompanied children are being accompanied by the Passenger Services
Personnel of Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Trips of children who have
completed the age of 6 and those who have not completed 11 are
contingent upon the consent of their parents or guardians.
Reservations of unaccompanied minors who shall travel must be confirmed
and an Unaccompanied Minor Trip Authorization form must be filled.
Subsequent to completion of the check-in process of the unaccompanied
minor, the child shall be handed over to the airplane cabin supervisor
by the Passenger Services Personnel prior to the departure time
together all documents. Unaccompanied minors, arriving at our airport
are received from the cabin supervisor with their documents and
handed over to their receivers. Pregnant Passengers
There are no hindrances against flight of pregnant passengers with
a pregnancy period up to 28 weeks from our airport. Pregnant
passengers that have exceeded the 28th week must submit a health
report issued at a maximum of seven days in advance by their
doctor, indicating that there are no hindrances against the airplane
travel of the concerned, during check-in. Ill and Handicapped Passengers
Ill passengers receiving a report from the doctor at Sabiha Gokcen
Airport or their own doctors, indicating that there are no hindrances
against the airplane travel of the concerned, must submit said
report during their check-in process. Passengers requiring care
may travel with their accompaniment if required by the airlines.
Though no reports are required for the travel of the handicapped,
the handicapped persons who should not travel by themselves can
only travel with the accompaniment. Based on the request from
the passengers and the airlines wheelchairs and stretchers shall
be supplied for the ill and handicapped passengers. LOST AND DAMAGED LUGGAGE
You have arrived at airport at the end of your airplane travel
and your luggage cannot be found or you determine that it has
been damaged. Do not become low-spirited against this undesirable
and unpleasant situation. Necessary reports shall be issued upon
your application at the Lost Goods office and personnel.
If you shall provide the required information to the Lost Goods
Personnel for finding of your luggage and delivery thereof to you
as soon as possible, the search for your luggage shall be initiated.
The WorldTracer System, which is used in all world airports and
airlines for search and follow-up of lost luggage in the electronic
environment, is used in Sabiha Gokcen Airport
